We’re going to New York City

and Washington D.C.!

All Skyview students are invited on a trip of a lifetime! Students will experience firsthand the rich history of our nation by touring the world's most powerful cities. Students will gain a deeper understanding of our history, the consequences of choices, themes of patriotism and sacrifice, and of their role in shaping America's destiny.

The Washington, D.C./New York City experience challenges students to role-play life from the perspective of our founding fathers to the legislators and judges who write and interpret the laws of the land today.

From Capitol Hill to Ellis Island, students will be introduced to the sacrifices and heritage of our great nation. Touring important national treasures such as:

  • Arlington National Cemetery
  • Statue of Liberty
  • The Vietnam, Korean, and Iwo Jima Memorials

This trip is an opportunity every American should experience!

WHEN: April 10 – April 15, 2023.

COST: The tour is coordinated by School Tours of America and  is NON-SCHOOL and NON-PTSA SPONSORED. The all- inclusive, per-person tour price is $3,159.00 (Quad occupancy) and $3,519.00 (Double occupancy).

  • Round-trip transportation (excluding luggage fees)

  • All meals (except en route)
  • Sightseeing with professional drivers and licensed guides
  • Nighttime private security chaperones
  • Evening activities including a premium Broadway performance

  • Safety and your peace of mind are always our first priority. Adult supervision is provided at a ratio of 1:10
  • Parents are welcome on the trip. We usually have 5-10 parent chaperones.
  • This will be the only opportunity this trip is going to be offered in the next three years.
