Help Stock the Pantry

Skyview PTSA and Skyview Middle School have partnered to create a Food Pantry. Our goal is to support Skyview families with food security challenges.

Did you know?

  • Food insufficiency has almost doubled after implementation of strategies to slow the spread of COVID-19. (King County Public Health, August 2020 report)
  • 1 in 5 Washington residents could face hunger this year. (Seattle Times, 9/10/2020)

Help Stock the Pantry!

This pantry relies primarily on the generosity of our Skyview community to help us provide healthy meals to our Skyview families in need. We will ONLY be accepting non-perishable food items that have not expired. Any items we cannot use will be donated to the Maltby Food Bank, Ruby Bridges Elementary Food Pantry or Frank Love Elementary Food Pantry.

Food donations can be dropped off at Skyview Middle School on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month.

For March, the dates are:

  • Wednesday, March 10th, 3-5pm
  • Wednesday, March 24th, 3-5pm

If those dates don't work, please contact Melissa Kline for porch pickup.
