Skyview ASB & PTSA - What's the Difference?

Our Eagle community is incredibly lucky to have an outstanding Skyview ASB (Associated Student Body) and Skyview PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association) supporting the kids and staff at Skyview. That said, it is also important to understand the differences between these two organizations and why it is important to support both through the two fundraisers currently happening:

Below you will find a helpful chart to explain the differences, between these two groups. The best part, is that what you will find is that the bottom line serves all Skyview kids!

(Parent Teacher Student Association)

(Associated Student Body)

Skyview PTSA’s mission is to be a strong advocate for the well-being and education of every student and a relevant resource for our Skyview families and community.

The purpose of ASB is to create community amongst Skyview students and to improve the climate and culture on campus. ASB is a group of dedicated student leaders (made up of 6th, 7th, and 8th graders) who work together to support sports, activities, and clubs on the Skyview campus.
